Our research and development (R&D) department deals with the creation of new products, while other designers and technicians deal with individual orders following the design phases together with the customer.

We have been using the 3D printer for prototyping for 5 years, a fundamental step in the design of a new product, because it allows us to identify any problems before moving on to the next phases and the real prototype.

Software and technologies are fundamental, as well as for the design, also for the engineering and above all for the phase of tests that take place at our Faraone LAB.
In this case, precision is really everything!
So to accompany such complex software, the expert hands of our engineers and technicians are needed. They are some real "surgeons" who, with extreme accuracy, calibrate the machinery according to the product to be tested and carry out the various tests one after the other.
The final product must comply with precise quality, aesthetic and safety standards (drawn up during the design).
