AIR SYSTEM
The Air System point-fixed glass facades system is realized with the traditional point fixing consisting of stainless steel spiders and ball-joints with perforated and tempered (or laminated tempered) glass.
The AISI 316 stainless steel accessories are produced by a lost wax casting process, mechanically brushed to obtain a polished or satin finish.
Technical characteristics of the model:
TYPE OF SPIDER:
The spiders can be fixed with different arms (1, 2, 3, or 4) according to the position and structural need and can be made in different sizes.
FIXING ACCESSORIES:
The spiders are fixed to the structure with special accessories which allow depth adjustment, to compensate for any dimensional differences on the structure and ensure perfect coplanarity of the glass plates.
These accessories are made up of a base, which is welded or fixed to the structure, and a special adjustable internal ring nut, on which the cross is fixed by means of a stainless steel bolt.
STEEL ROPES:
Stainless steel ropes, from 6 mm to 30 mm in diameter, connected to the various accessories, make the structure even more resistant and compact.

KLIMA
Suspended facade system with high thermal insulation for glass facades with point fixing, up to a value of Ucw 0.7 W/m2 K.
This facade model is designed to meet the "CasaClima" indications, guaranteeing very high performance in terms of energy saving and noise reduction.

Technical characteristics of the model:
TYPE OF SPIDER:
The entire Klima series is made of extruded aluminium alloy profiles, suitable for supporting a glass pane weighing 400 kg.
FIXING AND GLASS:
The Klima spiders offer the possibility to put the glass plates inside the structure, avoiding the use of ball joints or the need to drill holes in the glass.
Precisely for this reason it is possible to use glasses of various thicknesses and of different types (monolithic, stratified, chamber, ...); or even non-tempered glass (i.e. simply laminated) can be used.
SOLUTION WITH 2 GLASSES – (K07)
Thermal insulation class Ucw 1,1 W/m2k. Insulating glass composed of:
- warm edge;
- selective outer pane;
- low-emissivity inner pane with Argon gas.
SOLUTION WITH 3 GLASSES – (K07)
Thermal insulation class Ucw 0.8 W/m2k
With special glass you can go up to Ucw 0.7 W/m2k
