THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE GLASS VARIES ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF PLAS TIC USED FOR THE STRATIFICATION.

After breaking the two glass plates with a hammer, the plate remains almost levelled and resists an additional load of 40-50 kg/sqm.
NO MODIFICATION AT HIGH TEMPERATURES.

TEMPERED GLASS 10+10 LAMINATED WITH X-LAB
After breaking the two glass plates with a hammer, the plate remains levelled and resists an additional load of 60-70 Kg/sqm.
NO MODIFICATION AT HIGH TEMPERATURES
TEMPERED GLASS 10+10 LAMINATED WITH ABAR (PUJOL)

SMALL MODIFICATION AT HIGH TEMPERATURES
OTHER MODELS OF INTERLAYERS LIKE THE DG41 DO NOT BEAR ANY CHARGE AT HIGH TEMPERATURES (OVER 40˚ C). HOWEVER, AFTER BREAKING, THE GLASS DOES NOT FALL INSTANTANEOUSLY AND THOSE INTERLAYERS ALSO COMPLY WITH THE UNI 7697 NORM ON THE POST - BREAKAGE.

6. Double fixing
WITH THE SNOW LOAD AND/OR THE WIND PRESSURE IN DEPRESSION, THE ACTION ON FASTENERS CAN REACH HIGH VALUES.
We need a profile with a larger contact base on the support, with two rows of fasteners, that avoids the “hinge” effect and reduces the effort on the single fixing.
ATTENTION:
MAKE SURE THAT YOU PERFORM A SAFE FIXING ON THE WALL. A SINGLE LINE OF CENTRAL FIXINGS CAUSES THE “HINGE” EFFECT.
This is the first Faraone test in 2011, which was immediately put aside

The Faraone canopy systems are designed to counteract static stress, snow load, and those dynamics due to wind forces.
The canopy tests are made on reinforced concrete beams, on solid masonry and on steel beams with relative chemical
anchorages depending on the intended use, obtaining the maximum possible safety .
Attention!
For the choice of anchoring on the masonry or the load-bearing holes, you need to check the type of wall with a professional designer.
The test certificate has no validity if the installation is not done as
described in the catalogue, and if the provided fixing screws are not
used as indicated.
For fixing to the wall, use only certified screws as supplied or indicated.
