Maior Balustrades on a redeveloped building – Via Zurigo, Milan

PRIMA DOPO

Is it possible to create a new image to an existing building and thus increase its performance?

yes it is, and the condo located in via Zurigo 14 in Milan is an example of successful building redevelopment. Below, you can find the images of the building before and after its “restyling”.

Thanks to the intervention of Rete Irene, the Trivella company and a team of professional designers, the co-owners now have a new building which received the “Efficient Condominium” plate as promoted by the rete Irene and the Municipality of Milan.

Faraone is always at the forefront when it comes to redevelopment and embraces the innovative transformations of buildings by offering standard-compliant products such as Maior, the high-performance aluminum and glass parapet.

On 16 May 2017 at 6.30 p.m., the inaugural meeting of the 'new' condominium was held in Milan, which covered the following points:

  • The energy redevelopment of a building is a common good because it becomes an opportunity to enhance the spaces giving life to the neighbourhood, at the same time it is an active response to the increase in polluting emissions.

  • Energy waste reduction allows families long-term savings, with the advantage of greater living comfort for tenants.

Here below you can find the great approval expressed by Luca Curci – Condominium Administrator, who said:

“Certainly it was a great project, relevant both in terms of work done and investment. Despite this, I can say that my co-owners are very satisfied and happy with the actual transformation that the building has undergone, not only in technical terms but also aesthetically. Now Via Zurigo, 14 is a building that strikes the eye of the passer-by and differs from all the neighbouring buildings so much that recently I was asked, thinking it was a new construction, if there were flats still available”.
