Mathis staircase, stainless steel accessories Air system
The Celebra Office Tower is located within the Business & Technology Park of Montevideo.
Built in 2010 to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the commercial and technological park Zonamérica, and awarded in London as the best office building in the world, it is the first LEED Gold certified building in Uruguay.
The volume, made up of a 7-storey high inverted truncated cone, includes a bank (on the ground floor), a business center (on the first floor) and offices (from the second floor upwards) plus some conference rooms, the cafeteria, service areas and an additional level of the same bank in the basement.
The top floor is instead dedicated to the attic offices, equipped with panoramic terraces overlooking the park. The office spaces have been designed to maximum distribution flexibility, facilitating the renovation and modification of the internal space according to the different needs of potential users.
The staircase, located in the basement, is entirely in triple layer tempered glass, with steps and balustrade fixed with stainless steel accessories.
Mathis, an elegant all-glass staircase made of extra-clear laminated glass by the Italian company Faraone Srl connects the building with the northern entrance.
