The sculptural image of the building is given by the moving lines and by the alternation of the facade materials with the use of glass, metals, and natural stones.

The project consists in the creation of a new residential system facing the CityLife park on one side and Piazza Giulio Cesare on the other in an area delimited by via Spinola and via Berengario, facing south towards the historic centre and north towards the new green areas.

The eight volumes that make it up surround a common space for the residents with their curvilinear configuration, vary in height from 4 to 13 floors, and house 30 residential units.

The facades are characterized by an irregular alternation of materials, with concrete surfaces, porcelain stoneware tiles alternating with bands of wooden sunscreens and glass parapets that guarantee the best view towards the surrounding landscape.

The Faraone company has assisted the CityLife’s technical office in each step to get together at an optimal solution, prepared in every detail and fully in accordance with both the certifications and the tests carried out directly on site.

After finding the technical solution, we have collaborated with the Base Serramenti company for the supply and installation of the product Ninfa, ensuring the highest quality as usual.

Supply of Ninfa glass balustrade.
High performance with resistance to horizontal static linear load of 300 Kg/m.
